Fixed Term (initially for 1 year)
30 hours a week (Term time plus 2 weeks)
Pay Scale – £25,583 - £25,989 Full time equivalent
£17,742 - £18,023 Actual salary
The children, staff and governors are looking to appoint an Office Administrator from September 2026
We are looking for:
• A warm and approachable team member who will be our ‘welcome to St John’s’;
• An outstanding communicator who has the ability to work collaboratively with all members of the school team, pupils and wider community;
• An excellent understanding of how to prioritise and adapt to the changing needs of the school;
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to think ahead;
• The willingness to learn the systems and process involved in the efficient running of our school office.
