Actual salary £16,589 - £18,020
Norton Fitzwarren Church School are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, dedicated and committed Pastoral Engagement Officer. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to become a key player in our team.

The successful candidate must be able to establish positive relationships with all children, parents and members of staff. Being professional, approachable, efficient, creative and well-organised are essential criteria.
The successful candidate will take a lead role in providing the following:
- Safeguarding across the school
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health support for children
- Support to improve outcomes for families within our school community
- Delivering continuous professional development to Staff and Governors
- Delivering information sessions to parents on ways to support
