SEND Teaching Assistant

30 hours per week

8.30-3.00 Monday – Friday, with 30minute break each day

Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2026 due to funding

Term Time Only, plus 2 Inset Days

£24,796 - £25,185 FTE

£17,427 - £17,701 Actual Salary per annum

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN teaching assistant who shares our commitment to inspiring and empowering every child in our inclusive school. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing a love for learning and supporting children to develop confidence, creativity, and resilience.


The successful candidate will:

Be able to inspire children in their learning both within a group and on a 1-1 basis

Be a good team player, who thrives on collaboration

Be committed to inclusion and able to work systematically and flexibly in a busy school

Be an excellent communicator with good presentation skills, both written and verbal

Be passionate about learning and child development.
