Part- time MFL teacher/ Tutor - starting September 2024

The Governing Body is looking to appoint an outstanding, proactive and highly motivated French teacher/ tutor who can develop children’s language skills and their love of the subject. The applicant can either be a qualified teacher or has experience of teaching French to groups of children. The role consists of working with classes of children during the school day and then leading clubs .

We are looking to appoint a person who:
- Understands that safeguarding is a priority
- Has experience with working with groups of children
- Has experience of inspiring children so they see themselves as linguists
- Has a clear understanding of how children learn languages
- Has a keen interest in teaching French
- Has been able to support children to produce fantastic outcomes.
- Can support the school in continually developing an outstanding MFL curriculum which is diverse and broad.
