Part- time Music teacher/ Tutor with an interest in singing - starting September 25

Term time only

Salary dependent on qualifications and experience

1 day a week or 2 half days 

The Governing Body is looking to appoint an outstanding, proactive and highly motivated music teacher/ tutor who can develop children’s art skills and their love of the subject. The applicant can either be a qualified teacher or has experience of teaching music to groups of children. The role consists of  leading singing assemblies, working with classes of children during the school day and then leading clubs .

  • Has experience with working with groups of children
  • Has experience of inspiring children so they see themselves as musicians
  • Has a keen interest in teaching singing
  • Has been able to support children to produce fantastic outcomes.
  • Can support the music lead in continually developing an outstanding music curriculum which is diverse and broad.
  • Committed to following safeguarding policies
