Finance Officer- Part time 

St Stephen's School is a thriving primary school in Twickenham which is constantly looking to improve and build relationships with our community.

We are seeking a finance officer who has ideally worked within a busy school office, to work term time only,  25.5 hours per week, 5 days a week. We would consider flexible working hours for the right candidate. 

We are seeking an individual who is well-organised, efficient, flexible, calm, friendly, motivated and passionate about providing an excellent support service to our children, staff and visitors. Continuous training will be given to further enhance your development within the school.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding of the importance of Safeguarding within the school community
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attainment GCSE’s or equivalent, to include English and Maths at grade A-C.
• An excellent understanding of finance systems and relevant experience
  
• Successful experience of working with the public 
  
• Patience and empathy
  
• A high standard of computer literacy including using email, excel and word – processing
• Excellent organisation skills including records and systems
• Ability to be proactive and work on own initiative
• A drive to improve personal performance
