Contract: Permanent
Salary: Grade 14, £22,366 FTE p.a. (Actual Salary Based on Hours and Weeks Worked: £7,556.08 p.a.)
Hours: 12.50 hours per week (Monday – Friday 3.30pm-6pm. 6.00am-8.30am may also be considered), all year round. Working hours in the school holidays can be flexible and will be agreed with the Caretaker and School Business Manager.
The Role:
Are you reliable, hard-working, and dedicated? We’re seeking a friendly cleaner to join our school community. As part of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our children to learn and thrive.
No formal qualifications are required. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of our Caretaker and will receive all relevant training. Duties include;
• Ensuring classrooms are clean and tidy
• All bathroom areas are clean and hygienic
• Halls, corridors and other areas provide a safe, clean and welcoming environment to children, staff and visitors.
Fluency Duty:
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, staff and other users and provide advice and guidance in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
