Salary: Grade 10, £27,709- 29,071 per annum per annum (Actual Salary based on weeks worked and hours: £11,297.36- £11,852.67 p.a.)
Contract: Fixed Term until 31/08/2027 pending a review of the staffing establishment

The Role
We are seeking an outstanding, creative, and highly motivated Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team. The successful candidate will work across the primary phase to support pupils undertaking teacher designated activities in a group or on an individual basis and to assist their learning and development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting pupils and wants to be at the forefront of shaping young minds.
The successful candidates will:
✅ Work collaboratively with class teachers and SENCO to support the educational and developmental needs of pupils.
✅ Liaise with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure effective support for students
✅ Supervise and support pupils undertaking teacher designated activities in a group or on an individual basis and to assist their learning and development
✅ Work collaboratively with colleagues to support in delivering positive outcomes for all children.
✅ Be willing to become involved and contribute to all aspects of school life.

Fluency Duty
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
