Whether you already have experience in HR administration or are an accomplished administrator looking to develop your HR knowledge, we would love to hear from you.

Working closely with the Trust HR Lead, you will play an integral role in delivering a high-quality and efficient HR service. You will undertake a varied range of administrative and systems-based tasks, supporting employee lifecycle administration for the central team alongside recruitment and contract preparation activities across the wider Trust.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Is proactive, dependable and able to use their initiative.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally.

We would equally welcome applications from candidates who are willing to work towards an appropriate qualification.
