Cidari Education and the Governing Body of Baines' Endowed CofE Primary Academy are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, dedicated and committed Pastoral Engagement Officer. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to become a key player in a vibrant, oversubscribed primary academy.

We are extremely proud of all of our pupils and staff and their hard work was once again recognised in our Ofsted inspection of January 2018, when Ofsted recognised that we are a ‘Good’ school:

'Teachers ensure that their classrooms are purposeful, happy places of learning. There is a buzz of excitement that comes from pupils' enthusiasm about their learning.' (Ofsted Jan 18)

'Pupils have a spring in their step and smiles on their faces as they come into school. They feel safe and valued as individuals at Baines' Primary School.' (Ofsted Jan 18)

We can offer you:

  • Clear Christian values underpinning school life
  • Happy, hard working and well behaved children;
  • A professional, happy and enthusiastic team;
  • A school well-equipped for education in the 21st century;
  • Motivated and experienced Governing Body and central Trust team.

Can you offer us:

  • Well-developed communication skills;
  • A commitment to continuous improvement;
  • Enthusiasm, adaptability and a positive outlook;
  • Willingness to be involved in school life;
  • A commitment to our Christian ethos.

The successful candidate must be able to establish positive relationships with all children, parents and members of staff. Being professional, approachable, efficient, creative and well-organised are essential criteria.

Application will only be accepted on a fully completed application form with supporting letter. CVs will not be accepted.
