🍎📚 Join Our Team as a Lunchbreak Supervisor at The Tynings Primary School (BS16)! 📚🍎

Salary: Grade 13, £24,796 FTE per annum (Actual salary: £3,510.31 p.a.)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 6.25 per week (Monday to Friday), term time only excluding INSET days

The Role:

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and cheerful lunchbreak supervisor. Working Monday to Friday 12pm – 1.15pm, you will be joining a friendly and hard working team who ensure the safety and positive behaviour of pupils during their lunchbreak.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be passionate about making a difference to all children
  • Demonstrate strong pupil management skills, ensuring that lunchtimes are calm
  • Build strong, positive relationships with colleagues, children, and families
  • Previous experience of working with, or supporting, children
  • A positive, cheerful attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, and collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently
  • To work calmly under pressure

Fluency Duty 

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
