You are:
•· A child centred, flexible and empathetic teacher with a keen interest in supporting students with additional needs.
· Confident in delivering core literacy and numeracy teaching to SEN students throughout the 11- 16 age range.
· Willing to develop new skills, deliver new accreditations and further develop an understanding of SEN education.
· An enthusiastic and creative practitioner, with effective strategies to engage, inspire and motivate students.
· Well-organised, proactive, and a supportive leader of team members.
· An excellent communicator, with good interpersonal skills at all levels.
· Able to organise examination access arrangements and the effective deployment of the team of LSA’s.
