An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and inspiring Teacher of Business Studies & Economics, to teach up to A-level as part of our Senior School. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a Business-related subject with secure knowledge up to A level.
Experience of teaching to examination level will be an advantage; however, applications from NQTs or individuals from industry who have a passion to move into teaching are warmly invited. A willingness to contribute to the school’s wide extra-curricular programme would also be welcomed.
The department has seen significant growth in recent years. From a point where Business Studies A level was the sole offering, the department now features Economics A level (AQA), Business A level (Edexcel) and Economics GCSE (AQA). The most recent development has been the addition of a second group for A level Business; necessitated due to the growing success and popularity of this course within the school.
