Are you a high achieving Graduate looking to first-hand experience of working with secondary students in a school-based environment?
If so, we’re on the lookout for ambitious and fantastically qualified graduates who are keen to work as Academic Mentors to support learning of Looked after Children and those with gaps following Covid.

As an Academic Mentor, you will join the school’s incredible inclusion department and work with looked after children and students of ranging ability to boost their attainment at GCSE. Students have missed a substantial amount of school due to Covid so you will help bridge the gap and provide high quality mentoring sessions to small groups and 1:1.
This is an excellent opportunity for Graduates to support student learning within a school environment. For Graduates considering a career in teaching, the school will support you in applying for the School Direct programme.
