Caretake/General Maintenance Person - full time or would consider a job share

Hours are 37 per week - 52 weeks

St Gregory the Great is a Catholic school located in Oxford, within the Diocese of Birmingham and is part of The Pope Francis Catholic Multi Academy Company (PFMAC).

We are looking to appointment a reliable, self-motivated person to support the Head Caretaker/Site Manager at St Gregory the Great Catholic School.

Must have the ability to display a conscientious and logical approach to the variety of tasks necessary for the smooth running of the school. The role will involve the unlocking and locking of the school as well as ad-hoc maintenance and repairs.

The successful candidate will be

• Reliable and trustworthy

• Flexible, adaptable and able to prioritise their work as well as consistently demonstrating a high standard of conduct

• Competent with general maintenance tasks

• Good interpersonal skills

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated

• Committed to making a positive difference to the school

• Willing to work out of hours occasionally
