St John Fisher is a bright, busy, welcoming school, where there is always lots going on. We benefit from highly committed staff, who work well together to ensure every child reaches their potential whatever their aptitude or ability. We aim to provide the best possible education for our children and value spiritual, academic, creative, sporting, social and personal development equally highly.
We believe that children learn best when they experience a rich, enjoyable and relevant curriculum and where they are encouraged, supported and appropriately challenged. We aim to enable our children to become enthusiastic, independent, life-long learners, by helping them to develop positive attitudes to learning and the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

Our Values
During the latest OFSTED Inspection (April 2023), it was commented on by the inspector that "You can feel the love in this school."
Through the inspiration to ‘Love, Learn, Achieve’, our pupils should leave our school inspired, valued and cared for, equipped with the necessary skills, values and attitudes and with happy and rich memories in RE. Therefore, enabling them to develop a living and personal faith in Jesus Christ and allowing them to know and love God, ready for their next stage in education.
As Christians, we demonstrate love for one another, as Jesus taught us. We do this through demonstrating kind hands, gentle voices and love in our hearts.
