St John's is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic class teacher with recent relevant teaching experience to join our dedicated and friendly staffing team. We would welcome applications from NQTS and experienced class teachers. We are looking for someone who has the skills to contribute towards creating an outstanding learning experience for our pupils and willing to participate fully in school life.

St John’s has extremely friendly and enthusiastic children who love to learn. We have a proven record of school improvement and successful CPD to support all staff at every stage of their career.

Visits to the school are warmly welcomed and encouraged.

This role is subject to terms and conditions of STPCD (School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document)

Interviews are planned for Thursday 23 May 2024 or earlier in agreement with the candidate. Short listed candidates will initially be notified by telephone, followed by a letter outlining the arrangements for interviews. In addition to the candidate’s ability to perform the duties of the post, the interview process will explore issues relating to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
