Are you a caring, dedicated Nursery Practitioner who wants to see children flourish?

St John’s C of E Primary School are looking for a full time enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to help children progress. We would love someone who is passionate, enthusiastic and committed to the educational development of children so that they can aspire to succeed through a rich range of stimulating and engaging experiences both inside and outside the classroom. The hours of work will be Monday - Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm (30hours per week) as a fixed term contract until the end of the summer term 2022.

We are looking for someone who:

● Has education level of at least NVQ Level 3

● Has GCSE grades of at least ‘C’ in English and Maths or equivalent

● Has a qualification in Child Development

● Has the ability to read and write fluently and has confidence in maths

● Has self-confident, common sense and maturity

● Has a good sense of humour and effective communication skills

● Is adaptable and enthusiastic

● Has experience of working with children

● Is a reflective practitioner who is always open to new initiatives

● Ideally has SEN experience
