St John's School are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior IT Operations Technician to join our IT Services team. This is a senior technical role focused on ensuring the reliability, security and performance of the School’s IT services, with specialist responsibility for cloud platforms, endpoint management and cyber resilience.

You will play a key part in the day-to-day running of our IT environment—overseeing the health of our Intune managed 1:1 device programme, delivering advanced 2nd and 3rd line support, and ensuring helpdesk operations run smoothly and efficiently.

As a senior member of the team, you will act as a vital bridge between user-facing support and core technical infrastructure, helping drive our transition from a reactive support model to a proactive, service-led approach.

We offer a comprehensive induction and CPD programme for all levels of staff, competitive remuneration package, and outstanding, well-equipped facilities as well as meals provided in term time.

Closing Date: 9.00am, Wednesday 18 March 2026

Interviews will be held week commencing 23 March 2026

Interviews may occur at any stage after applications are received. We reserve the right to appoint at any time in the recruitment process and therefore invite interested candidates to apply as soon as possible.
