The Governors wish to appoint a highly-efficient Admissions and Finance Officer, comfortable with a range of office and technology tools, to join our highly successful, welcoming, dynamic and caring school community, graded ‘Outstanding’ in all areas by Ofsted in 2023. The Admissions and Finance Officer is responsible for working collaboratively with the headteacher, providing day to day administrative and finance support to contribute to the smooth running of the school office, specifically:
• Oversee School Admissions, providing an effective and accurate admissions process for all prospective pupils and their families
• Support the school financial management procedures
• Other administration tasks (See Job Description)
• Excellent IT skills. Proficiency in office software, (Microsoft Office, Excel, Google, etc). MIS Arbor

We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and well-organised; someone who can work independently to manage their own workload and be proactive and adaptable to the needs of the school. They will:
• have knowledge with and experience of working with IT systems, ideally Arbor (Microsoft Office, Excel, Google, etc.)
• have strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• have a high level of discretion and professionalism
• have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
