AFTER SCHOOL CLUB COOK
4.00-5.30pm Monday to Friday, term time only (no attendance needed for inset days)

Hours per week 7 hours and 30 minutes
We are looking to appoint a permanent after school club cook who will be responsible for providing meals to the children in the afterschool club.
The duties will include:
- Preparing, cooking and serving meals to the children in the after-school club.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, food storage and cleanliness in the kitchen in accordance with domestic and catering standards.
- Promoting and encouraging healthy eating.
- Occasionally the successful candidate maybe asked to help with looking after the children in the club.
The successful candidate should ideally:
- Have experience of catering in a work environment
- Be hardworking and committed
- Have a good sense of humour and team spirit
- Be flexible and responsive
- Have proven communication skills
- Enjoy working with young people
