Salary: Surrey Pay Grade PS3/PS4 (depending on experience)
Hours: Full Time, Term Time Only (plus INSET days)

We are proud of our caring ethos, high expectations and strong sense of community, and we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team.
This is a full-time position and the successful candidate may be based in Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, depending on experience and the needs of the school.
The role will include supporting teaching and learning in the classroom, delivering interventions, and providing 1:1 or small-group support for pupils who need additional help to succeed.
About the role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils' learning and development in the classroom.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Provide targeted support for individual pupils and small groups.
- Help create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Encourage children to become confident, independent learners.
- You may also have the opportunity to support pupils within Evergreen, our specialist nurture provision, where we help children develop the confidence, emotional regulation and resilience they need to thrive in school.

Previous experience of working with children is desirable but not essential. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, commitment and a genuine desire to help children succeed.
