Permanent term time only - 39 weeks including 5 Inset days; 30 hours per week

Salary: Experience-related Surrey Pay Scale PS3-PS4 pro rata

Experienced Administrative Assistant required from September 2025 to join our hardworking and dedicated team.
A great opportunity to join a small school with big ideas! It is an exciting time to join us, as we continue our journey to becoming a primary school and have our first ever Year 6 cohort.
We are looking for a candidate who:
● Holds GCSE English and maths (or equivalent)
● Is a qualified first aider
● Can confidently use a range of IT packages and software
● Is organised and able to work flexibly, adapting to the needs of a busy school office
● Has good communication skills and is able to deal with telephone and face-to-face enquiries confidently, efficiently and in a professional manner
● Is able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
● Has excellent attention to detail and completes tasks to a high standard
● Is a pro-active team member
● Is able to build relationship with parents, staff and children
● Will respect and maintain confidentiality
● Is committed to promoting the ethos and values of the school
