Hours: 36 hours per week with the option to discuss pattern of hours and some hybrid working
42 weeks per year
Term time only plus INSET days and three weeks in the school holidays
Pay Grade: Surrey Pay Grade PS9 (Pay award pending)
£38,746 - £42,053 FTE (Pro rata £35,897 - £38,960)
Contract Type: Permanent
Reporting to: The headteacher
Part of: The Senior Leadership Team
Responsible for: Office admin and site management teams

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic School Business manager to join our dedicated and long-standing staff team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the school's finances, administration, facilities, and human resources. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the school's non-teaching functions.
