Ash Manor School is a successful 11-16 mixed comprehensive school committed to providing an exceptional education for the community it serves.
We are keen to appoint a talented and committed teacher to join our excellent team here in Ash Manor School. The Food Technology Department support our students to deliver high quality work and very strong results across all of the disciplines and these subjects are very popular option choices.
We have new facilities, two fully equipped Food Technology classrooms (with a third underway) and a first class ICT room. The department is supported by a full time technician and the students here really value these subjects with internal Bake-Off and MasterChef competitions as well as involvement in Extra-Curricular clubs in the department.
We offer GCSE courses in Food Technology with high uptake and there is scope for the successful candidate to teach other Food subject areas in the future as the school expands and this subject area continues to flourish.
