At All Saints CofE (VA) Infant School we are currently seeking to appoint a part-time School Business Manager to be a fundamental part of our wider operations, taking a lead role in finances, premise management and administration as well as human resource areas, working directly with the Headteacher to manage budgets as well as overseeing the day-to-day running of the school’s business functions.
All Saints School is a small village school serving the beautiful village of Tilford and its local area. We are a close-knit community with hard-working staff and supportive parents. We are committed to our Christian vision and values.
The successful candidate will be part of the Leadership Team and use their financial, personnel and interpersonal skills to drive school improvement, find creative solutions to problems and achieve the strategic aims of the school. They will ideally have a background in financial management, have excellent people and communication skills, and an ability to work well under pressure.

Start Date: Ideally 1st July 2024 for handover period but 1st Sept 2024 at latest
Salary: PS8 approx. £35,730-£38,585 FTE dependent on experience. This equates to approx. £21,018- £22,697 pro rata for 24hrs a week, 40 weeks a year
