Are you looking for a role where no two days are the same? A role where you can truly make a difference to a young persons’ outlook and future aspirations? Rodborough School is seeking a Behaviour Support Lead to join our fantastic team. The role is to actively support staff in dealing with students with challenging behaviour, maintaining high standards and school routines. You will lead and manage the day to day running of our Reflection Room and actively promote the school’s high expectations of conduct. You will manage and support the students, who display challenging behaviour, to meet the school’s expectations. This role is particularly suited to anyone who has worked with children pastorally or who has worked in Alternative Provision and is looking for a new challenge back in mainstream education.
