The Prospect Trust is a leading Multi-Academy Trust in the South of England, with an aim of providing outstanding education for all learners within a family of local academies. There are currently three academies within the Trust: The Sixth Form College Farnborough, Tomlinscote School and Frimley Church of England Junior School.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Frimley Church of England Junior School. We are seeking a proactive individual to provide an excellent level of support to both staff and students in the school.

The School

• At Frimley we are proud of our polite, motivated children, many of whom enter the junior phase with above average levels of achievement. Our ethos is one of care and support where every decision has to impact positively on the children – we really do put our children first.

• Our school is welcoming, supportive and ambitious with happy pupils who are eager to learn.

• We have a strong teaching team with a forward thinking and innovative Leadership Team.

• We have excellent facilities including an all weather playing surface, science garden and pond, separate multi games area and extensive grounds.

• We have specialist teachers covering French and Music.

We are looking for someone who is an exceptional class teacher, a strong team player with high expectations of all, who is committed to supporting all children to succeed.

Applications from Early Career Teachers are warmly received. The school offers an excellent ECT induction programme and has a proven record of developing outstanding teachers, many of whom have continued their career development into year leader roles within our setting. As an ECT, you would join our ECT induction programme, supported by all our staff, and a dedicated mentor. Our ECT programme provides the bridge between Initial Teacher Training and a successful teaching career.

How we invest in supporting and developing our staff at Frimley:

• Dedicated time for continual professional development for all staff including in-house weekly CPD for teachers and LSAs;

• Weekly year group meetings for all staff;

• Support staff invited to attend teacher meetings;

• Teachers have weekly PPA time together;

• Opportunities to work alongside staff from the other Academies within the Trust;

• Regular coaching sessions for teachers and LSAs.

Do not feel that you should have a Christian faith to be part of our team as we welcome all applications.

Our outstanding Leadership Team supports all teachers to develop and excel. Do have a look at our staff testimonials on our website (School Information – Vacancies) to find out what our staff think about working at Frimley.
