The school offers an excellent ECT induction programme and has a proven record of developing outstanding teachers, many of whom have continued their career development into year leader roles within our setting. As an ECT, you would join our ECT induction programme, supported by all our staff, and a dedicated mentor. Our ECT programme provides the bridge between Initial Teacher Training and a successful teaching career.
