We are looking for an inspiring, knowledgeable and passionate Class Teacher to join our motivated and enthusiastic team from September 2024

Here is a unique opportunity to join our “wonderful school” (Ofsted 2018).

HTPD is a school with a strong ethos where our vision is to “learn to live.” All applicants must love children, be committed to delivering the best possible education, be excited about working in a creative, Christian school and be willing to work across the whole primary age range.

Opportunities have arisen for a KS1 Class Teacher and a KS2 Class Teacher starting in September 2024. These are full time positions. Applications from both experienced teachers or ECT’s welcome.

We would be pleased to welcome you to the school for a visit and suggest that you look at our website, to see if your personal values match ours. For ECTs we offer an induction package with experienced mentors and a team ethos ensuring superb development and support throughout the first year.

Please phone Ruth after the Easter Break to book an appointment to visit us and see our school in action.

We offer a pleasant working environment near an area of outstanding natural beauty with parking available on-site. Year groups work together in supportive teams.

Applications will close on 29th April at 10h00 and interviews will take shortly after. (Candidates who have been short-listed will be advised by the end of 29th April at the latest). The school reserves the right to close this job post early should a high volume of suitable applications be received.

HTPD is committed to the safeguarding of all pupils in its care and promoting their welfare and expects staff and volunteers to share this commitment. These posts are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and a comprehensive screening process will be undertaken on successful candidates. Any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service and references. Please see our Privacy Notice for Job Applicants on our website.
