Manorcroft Primary School is a friendly, inclusive two-form entry school for children aged 4-11, which offers a caring, safe and exciting learning environment. Our aim is for each and every child to develop a love of learning and to fulfil their potential, whatever their starting point or individual need. We believe in the development of the whole child, ensuring that their social and emotional needs, as well as their academic needs are met.

We are incredibly lucky to have a large, well-resourced school site with fantastic outdoor learning opportunities, including a woodland teaching area, allotment and outdoor classrooms. Inside the building, we have recently refurbished the majority of teaching spaces and significantly upgraded our IT provision.

We are seeking to appoint a talented and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our friendly, committed and hardworking staff team. The role is to provide general support and PPA cover across the school.

Are you:

• Experienced in delivering and teaching different aspects of the curriculum?

• An inclusive educator who understands the diverse needs of all children?

• Committed to raising the levels of achievement for all children?

• An energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated team member?

• Driven by improvement and innovation?

Then you may be the HLTA for our school

We can offer:

• An exciting, cross-curricular teaching approach

• A well-resourced school environment

• An experienced, supportive and hardworking team of staff

• Opportunities for continual professional development
