St Ann’s Heath Junior School is looking to recruit an excellent and enthusiastic class teacher to join our supportive and dedicated team from 1st September 2024. This is a fixed term position initially, due to the reduction in PAN of the school from September 2025, but has the potential to become a permanent role.

St Ann’s Heath Junior School is located in Virginia Water, Surrey and has 11 classes currently. From September 2025, there will be a reduction in the number of classes due to the school becoming a two-form entry school. We offer a caring, engaging and safe learning environment where our children are able to thrive.

Our school vision is ‘Learning Together, Achieving Today, Preparing for Tomorrow’ and is interwoven through all aspects of the school’s wider curriculum. We are committed to delivering a creative curriculum which is broad and balanced and provides our children with opportunities to gain essential knowledge, skills and understanding in order to achieve their full potential.

The school values its links with the local community and works alongside a cluster of other local primary schools enabling staff to share opportunities and best practice.

We are looking for a class teacher who has a passion for teaching, demonstrates excellent practice and a desire to grow and develop further, has high aspirations for themselves and the children they teach, has a desire to collaborate with other professionals and a positive and happy demeanour.

We can offer you enthusiastic children who are proud of their school, a successful early career framework support program, a dedicated and friendly team of staff, a supportive governing body and a lovely school environment with onsite parking.
