We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to support specific pupils with learning needs as well as supporting groups of children in your care.

Your duties would include supporting teachers with the care, education and assessment of the children in their classes.

In particular, you will provide support in two key areas:

• To provide support for children with learning and behavioural needs within the classroom

• To support and supervise children at break times and lunch times both in the lunch hall and on the playground.

Working term time only, this is an exciting opportunity to apply your existing skills and develop new ones in a dynamic environment in which we all work towards the same goal – providing the very best for the children in our care.

Whilst we are seeking candidates with some experience of working with young children in an educational setting, training will be provided for the right candidate.

Hours of Work:, Mondays to Fridays, term time only 8.30-3.15pm. 31.25 hours per week, 37.2 weeks per year, plus 3 INSET days. 5 days a week preferred but part time would be considered.

If you would like more information about this role please contact Becky Warner, via the email address provided.

We reserve the right to withdraw the advert earlier and will interview when applications are received.
