Midday Supervisor - Permanent Contract - 8.75 hours per week

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to recruit a Midday Supervisor to join our fantastic lunchtime team. You would be required to work 8.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 11.45am – 1.30pm, term time only.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working with the Midday Team to ensure a pleasant lunchtime for all children, both inside the dining hall and out on the playground/all-weather pitch
  • Supervising and ensuring the safety of children throughout the lunch time break
  • Encouraging and leading purposeful play
  • Encouraging children to treat each other with respect and to follow the school’s Behaviour Policy
  • Supporting and conducting the school’s first aid and safety procedures

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Previous school experience (either paid or voluntary) is desirable.
  • Ability to work on their own initiative.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults.

Hours of work: 11:45 - 13:30 (Mon-Fri) 8.75 hours a week

Actual salary: £4,482 (FTE salary £22,599)

Start date:  As soon as possible
