 Do you have a passion for Early Years teaching?

Saxon Primary School is extending its provision to include a Nursery. This is an exciting development that will enable us to provide Early Education places to children aged 2 to 4 years prior to their entry to school. We are looking to recruit a dedicated Nursery Manager to join us, in growing and developing outstanding nursery provision by utilising a passion for Early Years practice. You’ll have the opportunity to take a leading role within the Nursery’s development whilst also having access to professional development opportunities, to make a real difference to the provision offered to young learners.

Working Hours – 37.5 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year), to be worked 8:15am to 4:15pm Monday to Friday. This role is a permanent position.

We are looking particularly for someone who has:

  • Minimum of Level 3 qualification which is full and relevant to Early Years
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills as evidenced by level 2 qualifications
  • High level of personal and emotional resilience
  • Experience working with children aged 2 to 5 years
  • Committed to continual personal professional development
