School Office Administrator

We are currently looking to recruit a new member to our office team. This role would be for 22.5 hours per week, over the following days, term time. Details of proposed timings are below, but some flexibility could be considered:

 Tuesday: 8.30am – 4.30pm

Wednesday: 8.30am – 4.30pm

 Thursday: 8.30am – 4.30pm

You will need to work closely with the existing members of the office team and prepared to do the many varied duties, including dealing with all enquiries on the telephone and front desk, administer first aid, along with having your own areas of responsibility. These areas are to ensure that all roles are covered at all times, as well as ensuring that we have segregation of duties, where necessary. These areas can be tailored to suit the successful applicant’s skills.

Previous office experience would be an advantage but not essential. Willingness to work as part of our existing office team and to have a sense of humour is essential!
