School Receptionist
17 hours per week Thursday and Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm, 39 weeks per year
Surrey Pay Grade S4 £9,296 - £10,006 (£22,475 - £24,193 FTE) depending on skills and experience
Start date – negotiable for the right candidate
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and committed individual to be the welcoming face of Oakwood School, Horley. As a school with 1600 pupils, the right candidate will be a central figure in our bustling environment, helping to maintain the smooth operation of our school's daily activities.
Reception is a busy environment so you will need to thrive well under pressure and be able to multitask whilst remaining professional and friendly.
You Should Have
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
• A positive outlook and be a team player
• Proficiency with office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite)
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask
• A friendly and professional manner.
