Inclusion Manager/SENCO (Part-time – 2-3 Days)

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and highly motivated non class based Inclusion Manager/ SENCO to support our existing Part time Inclusion Manager. We have an outstanding Inclusion Team and an excellent reputation in the local community and beyond, for Inclusion and provision of SEN.

You will be responsible for working alongside the existing part time Inclusion Manager and SEN specialists.

We are seeking :

• A highly skilled and knowledgeable SEN practitioner

• Someone who currently holds the NASENCO or NPQ SEN qualification, or is willing to work towards it

• Thorough knowledge of the SEN code of practice

• Someone who can work with other team members throughout the school as well as the part time Inclusion Manager

• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and equal opportunities

• Energy, enthusiasm and a desire to look outside of the box for solutions.
