Windsor Forest College Group is looking for Teacher of 3D Teacher Art & Design (Maternity cover) to join the Strodes team on a full time basis.

This is a fixed term 0.8 contract. Please note this is Autumn Term (August) 2024 start.

Teacher of 3D Teacher Art & Design (Maternity cover) 

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly competent teacher of 3D/DT art and design. The successful candidate will have good knowledge and experience of teaching either 3D or DT. The Art, Design and Media department supports our students to deliver high quality work and has very strong results across all of the disciplines and these subjects are very popular option choices.We currently offer A Level courses in 3D Design, Fine Art, Graphics, Photography, media and film making.

The department itself is well resourced including a heat treatment room for metalwork, a  laser cutter and both wood and metal work lathes and saws, computer suites with CAD software and a 3D printer.  We also have 3 kilns, potters wheels, a printing press, darkroom, photographic studio, IT suites and a green room. The department also has 2 technicians..
