Lettings & Facilities Supervisor

17.5 hours per week plus weekend hours

Cidari Multi Academy Trust and the Governing Body of St George's are seeking to appoint an individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering the highest standards.  

The main purpose of the role of the Lettings and Facilities Supervisor is to oversee the use of the Academies after school bookings, to act as the on-site first point of contact for evening and weekend lettings and bookings.

The key element to this role is excellent communication and organisational skills. The jobholder will report to the Facilities Manager and work closely with the site team and administration team.

The role is a part-time position starting in September 2022. The successful candidate will work a total of 17.5 hours per week, a core shift of 6.00pm to 9.00pm, plus additional 2.5 hours, days and times to be confirmed, Monday to Friday all year round. There will be some requirements for flexibility, which may include weekend work.

The starting salary is £19,650 FTE, actual salary £9,294 per annum (pending pay award), and other benefits include 22 days annual leave (plus 8 statutory bank holidays), enrolment into the Local Government Pension Scheme and access to Staff Wellbeing support.
