St Teresa’s Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint an inspirational and committed Class Teacher to join our dedicated team on a fixed-term contract for one year, covering a staff secondment.

Salary: £32,916 - £45,352 per annum

About the Role
As a Class Teacher at St Teresa’s, you will:
• Demonstrate a passion for learning and deliver high-quality teaching with high expectations for all pupils’ achievement and behaviour
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and committed staff team
• Create a positive, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment
• Contribute to the wider life and continuous development of the school
• Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and improve outcomes for all pupils
• Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all learners through effective differentiation
• Support and uphold the strong Catholic ethos and values of the school (applications are welcome from all teachers who are supportive of the Catholic ethos)

Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A commitment to ongoing professional development
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Ability to adapt teaching to meet a wide range of pupil needs
• Confidence in using assessment data to support pupil progress
