In return I am seeking an experienced leader who can support the work of my Year Leaders and someone who is interested in providing elite sporting opportunities for our students. You will be a leader fully invested in the development of young people.

We will back you to bring the vision to reality.

Do you have the creativity, imagination and passion to inspire our staff and students?

We empower our leaders as trusted professionals. You can be yourself, learn, and develop your unique teaching practice.

Do you aspire to lead a team of trusted, creative, and innovative professionals?

We take pride in our record of developing exceptional teachers and leaders. In recent years we have recruited and trained fourteen graduates who have become outstanding teachers within our school and beyond. Furthermore, nine middle leaders have successfully transitioned to senior leadership roles.

Do you want to lead and grow a dynamic team while advancing your own leadership journey?

Our well-resourced PE department has consistently achieved strong GCSE results, demonstrating year-on-year progress. The department is now poised to build on these outcomes and set the standard for excellence in PE across Surrey and Nationally.
