Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Start Date and hours to be negotiated

Term time only role (39 weeks per year)

Surrey Grade S4 starting salary

Pro-rated for 15 hours (£8,980)

Pro-rated for 20 hours (£11,973)

Pro-rated for 30 hours (£17,960)

Pay rise currently under negotiation

Applicants should have good oral and written communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. They should be pro-active and flexible and have the ability to plan and prioritise tasks and maintain confidentiality. They should also have a positive approach to working with a range of students and be motivated to support students to progress and become independent learners.
