The Role
As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for:
• Delivering engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum and the school's Islamic ethos.
• Creating a stimulating learning environment that fosters intellectual curiosity and a love of learning.
• Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing appropriate support and interventions.
• Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Contributing to the overall life of the school, including extra-curricular activities and school events.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (we can consider unqualified teacher status for the right candidate)
• Strong subject knowledge and teaching experience at the primary level
• Commitment to Islamic values and a desire to integrate them into the curriculum
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
