Office Administrator - Permanent Contract - 37.5 hours per week
The Hermitage Schools are seeking to appoint an organised, enthusiastic, professional and diligent Office Assistant to support both The Hermitage Infant and Junior Schools. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, who shows initiative and is a strong communicator. The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and must be willing to undertake necessary training.

Working Hours
Monday - Friday, 8.00 am to 4 pm (37.5 hours). Term time only (37 weeks, plus 1 week and 5 Inset Days).
Salary
SWAN Grade 3 - 4 (dependant on experience)
For SWAN Grade 3 - FTE £23,576, actual is £20,039
For SWAN Grade 4 - FTE is £24,275, actual is £20,633

Start date: 3rd September 2025 (please note that an additional 5 days in the summer term and 5 days in the summer holidays will be required for a hand over)
