Actual annual salary: £17,329.83 (SWAN Grade 3.3, FTE £25,133)

Knaphill School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring support staff to join our team.
Working closely with and under the guidance of, the Class Teacher and SENCo, your role is to provide additional academic and emotional support for our children. As a member of the classroom support team, you will contribute to a collaborative approach to meeting children's needs. This includes delivering targeted one-to-one support to help individual children achieve specific learning, behavioural, or developmental objectives, as well as providing general classroom support and working with small groups of children to support their educational journey.
This role includes lunchtime supervision. This is a rewarding position that offers the opportunity to make a positive difference to children's educational experiences and outcomes through high-quality support, effective teamwork and positive relationships with children.
