Hours: 15 hours per week term time only, 190 days per year (38 weeks). In addition to your commitment of annual hours you are required to attend up to 5 In Service Training (INSET) days.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 15:00 – 18:00

Actual Annual Pro-rata Salary: £9,351 (SWAN PS5.2, FTE £26,777)

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and committed Club Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of playworkers ensuring our children are happy, safe and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the club is a positive, safe, and happy environment for our children
  • Lead a team of Playworkers
  • Plan and deliver a variety of age-appropriate activities in line with relevant national standards and guidance
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe club environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures
  • Administer, monitor, and evaluate the number of places being used
  • Maintain up-to-date records of resources

You Will:

  • Most importantly, be passionate about providing outstanding childcare
  • Have excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
  • Be creative, fun and energetic with a flexible and practical approach to tasks
  • Be a positive role model for children, parents and colleagues at all times
  • Understands the need for sensitivity and confidentiality

  • Minimum qualification: Level 3 in childcare (essential)
