Hours: 15 hours per week term time only, 190 days per year (38 weeks). In addition to your commitment of annual hours you are required to attend up to 5 In Service Training (INSET) days.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and committed Club Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of playworkers ensuring our children are happy, safe and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the club is a positive, safe, and happy environment for our children
- Lead a team of Playworkers
- Plan and deliver a variety of age-appropriate activities in line with relevant national standards and guidance
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe club environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures
- Administer, monitor, and evaluate the number of places being used
- Maintain up-to-date records of resources
You Will:
- Most importantly, be passionate about providing outstanding childcare
- Have excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
- Be creative, fun and energetic with a flexible and practical approach to tasks
- Be a positive role model for children, parents and colleagues at all times

- Minimum qualification: Level 3 in childcare (essential)
