Leadership Scale - Salary Range L8 – L13 (dependent on experience)
Beaufort Primary School is seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher who is highly motivated, dedicated and inspirational. As an inclusive and diverse school with a number of children with EHCPs, Beaufort prides itself on meeting the needs of every child and celebrating their uniqueness.
Work alongside the Headteacher to collaboratively continue our journey to excellence. Raising outcomes for all children will be a key focus, alongside maintaining a safe, nurturing environment that enables children to flourish and develop a lifelong love of learning.
We are looking for a leader with proven experience who is looking to make a real impact. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic direction of the school and leading its day-to-day operations, ensuring the very best outcomes for our children.
Beaufort Primary School is based in Woking, it is part of The SWAN Trust, a multi-academy trust comprised of 10 schools all within the Primary phase.
We are looking for an experienced Leader who:
- inspires and motivates others providing, confident leadership that builds on and strengthens the school’s clear vision and value.
- will establish high expectations and outcomes of the teaching and learning within the school;
- be a consistently highly effective teacher with secure evidence-based understanding of what makes the best teaching;
- communicates with clarity, empathy and integrity, building strong and trusting relationships with children, staff, families, governors and a wide range of stakeholders within and beyond the school;
- can demonstrate they have a deep understanding of meeting the needs of vulnerable children.
- is committed to working within our Trust and will act in the best interests of the whole Trust, collaborating with others and contributing to the strategic direction of the Trust.
