Headteacher
Group 3 Salary Range L14 – L24 (dependent on experience)
Beaufort Primary School is looking for an exceptional Headteacher who is highly motivated, dedicated and inspirational who will build upon the school’s successful journey. Beaufort is inclusive to all. It is a diverse school with high levels of EHCPs. Continuing to raise the standards of attainment for all children will be a focus, along with continuing to ensuring a safe environment which provides a foundation to foster a lifelong love of learning.
The successful candidate will have previous leadership experience and the ability to manage the demands of a 2-form primary school and nursery. Our new Headteacher will share our values, inspire and motivate both staff and children and engage with a wide range of stakeholders within our Trust.
Beaufort Primary School is based in Woking, it is part of The SWAN Trust, a multi-academy trust comprised of 10 schools all within the Primary phase.
We are looking for an experienced Leader who:
- Can provide, inspiration and leadership which builds on the school’s strong vision;
- Will establish high standards and expectations of the teaching and learning within the school;
- Is an excellent communicator, developing strong relationships with children, staff, families, governors and a range of stakeholders within and beyond the school;
- Can demonstrate they have a strong understanding of SEND.
- Is committed to working within a Multi-Academy Trust and will act in the best interests of the whole Trust, collaborating with others and contributing to the strategic direction of the Trust.
