Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (37.5 hours per week). Term time, 5 Inset Days and 1 week working during school holidays as required (39 weeks, 195 days)

Actual Annual Salary: £27,458 (SWAN Grade 6.2, FTE £30,647)


We are seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to lead our busy school office and ensure its smooth, efficient and professional operation. Working closely with the Office Team and Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our school. Previous experience in office management and team leadership is essential.

You will be joining a friendly, supportive and forward-thinking team of professionals, where every decision is made with our children at the heart.

  • Has proven experience in a fast-paced office environment and can effectively prioritise a varied workload

  • Has strong ICT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and can quickly learn new software
  • Can lead and manage a team effectively, supporting colleagues to work efficiently and to a high standard
  • Promotes a positive, purposeful and highly motivated culture across the office and wider school community
