Actual Annual Salary range: £23,489 - £25,163 (SWAN Grade 5 range, FTE £27,634 - £29,604)

The Horsell Village School has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our committed team as Operations Administrator. The successful candidate will work as part of the admin team to support and help meet the needs of the school community, staff, children and parents.

The advertised post offers a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to work as part of an experienced team. We are keen to appoint a new member to our team who will share our high expectations and have a real thirst for learning and success. There is a real desire and commitment from all to make the school even better. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be committed and flexible and be a team player. You will also have excellent IT skills and must be willing to undertake necessary training.

The role will involve:

• Working as part of the premises and office teams to manage and co-ordinate operational works across the school - this includes (but not limited to) facilities and lettings management, Health and Safety and Extended Services administration

• Support with day-to-day management of the school office

• Provide line management support to the office team, alongside the Headteacher, including conducting appraisals for the office team

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm (37.5 hours). Term time only (37 weeks)

Salary: SWAN Grade 5 - actual range is £23,489 - £25,163 (FTE range is £27,634 - £29,604)
